T911 flaqshing

I did the mods per penga's destructions and I cannot get the stupid thing to flash.
Am I missibg something really dumb?

I downloaded the newd6 file, put it into my XPamtel folder with all the other hex's. Hit program and get :
Failure: Unable to locate hex files for
newd6
Initializing...
Initialized
Syncing...
Failed: Could not find active Amtel
Complete!

Huh? Any ideas? It always flashed fine before.
Same Power supply, 1,5 down for flashing

Should I have flashed it before the mods?

No it should still flash,try flashing with 1 on only.You can try different flash programs.

Thanks tattooguy. I got it to flash fine now.
Now my question is, Is there a more thorough directions for the penga stuff? His directions are kind of vague. I mean, do I use newd6/7/8/or 9?
What are the different versions for?
Where do i change the high/low settings? (VCC)
Do I use a blank card first to write the testglitch to?
