With Dish 500 legacy 110/119 LNBs I have no signal on Sat 119: 1, 3 and 9 plus none on 110:4,6,7. All others up to 11 lock. My tiers list seems to be working. When I select a PPV it goes back to the previous channel after I accept the purchase. Is the problem with the missing signals, dish pointing or maybe in the tier list?

Some channels are normally missing, not sure which now, but I would suspect your tiers may need some help.
