Need help getting started! (New Pansat 2500a user)
Can someone point me in the right direction???
Are there step by step instructions regarding channel lists, bin files and antenna set up anywhere out here? I have two separate dishes with the 4 disque switch connected and cannot keep a signal...as soon as the channel swithes between echo 110 and echo 119 it seems to wipe the sound on 110....oR when I attempt to reset the disque setting, it looses the programming altogether.
I know this is not as hard as I am making it for myself but I'm frustrated and fatigued by this!
Is there a way to organized the channels received?
I'd like to start from -0- and understand what exactly I'm doing this time!
any benevolent users out there that can help?
Thanks!

Hi!
If you use the blacklist x-85BL_041106_237_api(N) "(pansat 2500a)"
I used this bin file yesterday and just scanned my sats and as I scanned they were named ,did`nt even need a channel list.
just download this file and use the loader provided just make sure you use
(X-85BL for pansat 2500a )
because the one named inside( x-85BL2 is for pansat 1500a)
Pretty simple to flash have you tool uploader with file ready turn power off on back of your pansat 2500a and turn it back on as soon as you see the first green light on the front of your reciever press Write bin and wait for it to finish do not stop it ,it will reset when it`s done it will say complete.
after that then scan your satellites and channels should name as you go.
good luck...

Hi!
Yes this bin is good from blacklist, names channels as you scan even FTA birds like G10 AMC 4.
At least it did for me I did a factory reset and used new blacklist bin X-85BL 237
saved me a lot of time and has all channels for my area pacific north west.
Try it out worked good for me....

Thanks..I'll give it a try!
Which tool uploader should I be using? I had been using gtools but it does not seem to load anymore(???)
Also which scan selection should I use from the menu?
Your input is much appreciated!

I used Al7bar tool uploader to flash mine or you can use the one inside but I prefer Al7bar tool uploader.
119w-echo7 ku
110w echo8,6
121w echo 9/T13 ku
148w echo 1,2
105w AMC 5 is also a Dn bird
91w nimiq 1/3
157w is echo 4 /ku
I never loaded a channel list as I scanned mine named as I scanned with this bin.
