View Full Version : combining dishnet and fta receivers

I have a dish 4900 receiver connected to a dish500 with a legacy dual lnbf. I have ordered a fortec 5900 that I want to hook up as a second receiver. I have an old DTV dish with dual lnb that I want to aim at a third dish satellite. Can I combine the two receivers to work with the two dishes and receive three dishnet satellites? What lnb/switch combo is necessary to make this work? I am new at this and the whole dish lnb thing is really confusing. :eek13:

just had a question regarding the 5900 you are getting........it runs off card right?is it a rom card?if so what.....

It has a Nagravision card and should run off a Magic card.
