Rom 10 Unlooping

Can Anyone Out There Please Direct To An Application That Will Unloop
My Rom 10 Cards. I Never Put A Password On Either Card I Have And Always Took The Blocker Off First And Have Been Successfull Using The Rom 10 Opener But Cannot Get The Cards To Clean. Doesn't That Mean There Looped? How About A Honest Site To Send Out For Repair. Thanks In Advance.

If your card yeilds a correct atr, it isn't looped...it's locked either by bd password or datastreamWhat message do you get when trying a one step clean?

IT SAYS "ERROR BACKDOOR REPORTED DISABLE - CARD MAY CONTAIN UPDATE
ONE STEP CLEAN INCOMPLETE. i DO GET A VALID ATR.

if you get a valid ATR it mean your card is not looped, its locked, what Rev is that? if its not a reva23 you can unlock it yourself, but if its reva23, you should have a modded hu programmer.
