easy question A23

I read that rom10 A23 couldn't be programmed, but it sounds like it's being used. Is it okay now to buy a receiver if it comes with a rom 10 A23. Sounds like the unlocking can be done now by the user and that you can program it just like the older versions. Please correct me if I'm wrong

Yep...A23 can be unlocked but you will need a modded unlooper for that. I have popped more than 150 cards(both rom 3 and 10...Bell and Dish).Works great....especially if you know how to adjust the vcc settings.

thanks for the reply, is there any kind of tech sheet for modding a programmer, the only programmers I've read that work so far is the t911 but I'm assuming that most should work since they all basically do the same thing. Do you have to replace certain parts or adjust voltages???
