Fortec and 119 bird

I have a Fortec Ultra and I have it pointed at 119w. My question is that with just my 20" dish and dishnet lnb can I get more stations without moving my dish? Do I need to add a ku band lnb to get more stations? If I have to get another lnb which one is the best to get? I am aware or the fortec system with the dish that will move but I don't want to get that quite yet.
