FTA reciever settings

I know there's a few reciever settings like in the Parental Control and CAS System that must be done, but my question is ... When should these settings take place. I'm assuming it goes in this order .... 1) Load bin 2) Set reciever settings 3) load channel list. Is this right? This is probably an important thing and I don't want to end up doing a J-Tag (which by the ways sounds difficult to do, but that's a whole-nother thread)

Here is the link to the Pansat Testing Manual bdkjose. It is in the 4th post in the thread. This has everything you need to know on how to set the pansat up. You have the order pretty close in your post above, however the keys are loaded in the flash, they will and cannot be activated until there are channels in the memory, therefore after flashing the bin file, load a channel list with gtools as stb type 2 list before going in and setting any receiver and antenna settings. Review the manual and it will keep you from getting in a jtag situation. If you do find yourself in that situation, no problem, the manual will also guide you through this process also.
