Steve Gibson is a stud. No doubt about that. The utility your looking for to test your PC security for free is called Shields Up. He's also got a bunch of other great utilities like UnplugN'Pray, Shoot the Messenger, LeakTest, and dcombobulator. Not to mention his Click of Death reader for Zip disks and drives. Everyone should check out grc.com. Did you happen to notice that he used the term "Your three musketeers" for describing his free security package? It's no coincidence. All of these things I've mentioned are free utilities.

his shields up is one of my standards. It has never let me get courupted beyond recovery.
There is no such thing as total security, These spyware hacking fucks are some smart MF's not to mention the shit msn is doing we dont even know about.
But by all means the thing you guys mentioned are some of the best and as for freeware I choose to donate when I can to this dude.
