301-013 1-chip reset T-Sop

to reset the T-sop for an ECM

1) I turned the VID -MOD on.
2) Read the T-SOP and erased SA-49
2) Put it back in the Stream

Know it keeps trying to update the sector after 45 minutes

What did I do wrong?
