Buying in EBAY

Being a newbie to Charlie world (And hello to old names i see on here) I have ird and cards but no dish. Went to the flea market looking for a dish 500 nothing there. I see alot of them on EBAY good old ebay LOL. Is it safe to buy on there? Are they reporting people to dish who do transactions on there?

Ebay is okay to buy dishes on but shipping is expensive, you should try to buy dish locally, or use your dish with a switch and another dish and pull in signal

buying a dish or receiver are legal. just don't buy a magic card on ebay. or any kind of hacking device.

I have been buying without a problem dishes and receivers even shipping to canada from usa working out great

I bought a Dish 500 off Ebay a month ago. No problem at all with shipping to Canada. Shipping cost more than the dish, though.

I bought my SuperDish off ebay for $80 new in the box. The guy lived close enough to me that I could drive up and pick it up. Try to find a seller that lives close to you. Pay careful attention to a seller's feedback rating.

I bought one from ebay not too long ago. My complaint was mainly with the seller who looked like they didn't seal up th box well enough. I was missing like two or three of the grey domed bolts that hold the dish to the mount, but you can pick these up at any hardware store for less than a buck. Mine works just fine too.

have bought afew items on Ebay seems pretty good even shipping to Canada......acutually I'm looking for a SuperDish121 right now and man is shipping expensive............anyone know of anyone selling them in Massachusetts or in NY state?

Anyone wanting to purchase stuff from Ebay should check the rating % of the seller. But,,,, I have a ton of stuff and if you would PM with what you need I will answer all. I have various receivers and other items also.
