first all I hope you mean bird 119 with 90% signal. If you are getting signal errors like 002 you might want to check cabling, only 1 receiver is hooked up. Now to get both birds with dish 119/110 you will need a sw21 switch to combine both lnbs to 1 line out. also you need to angle/skew the dish for the 110 bird. There are some articles in here or search google for dish installs.

Does the error message come at regular intervals, or is it a random thing? Day, night, morning, evening, any additional info may help resolve this issue. What are you using to test with? Do you just have a dual lnb, or do you have a dish that will allow you to get two satellites. A dual lnb only will allow you to hook up a second receiver to one dish. To pick up both satellites you will need a second dish or the proper single dish. In addition to that you will need a switch. As far as the 82 sat goes, I believe that it is mostly the hi def stuff and there is no current way to test those. Do more reading and you can probably answer your own questions.
