When I reflash tsop on my 4700 jkeys reads the software and bootstrap correctly as bev, then I erase sa30 3 times and jkeys reads soft and boot as yyyy. Is that right then restream for dish?

Restream it. It will update. Then save the TSOP again and it will read correctly.
