If you are getting a black screen when the light come on and off then
Try restreeming without the card for maybe like 30-50 min, notice if the light flashes or not.
If not then Jtag and reflash with a good flash. first three letter should be the same but not always needed, from what I read the 301 is forgiving,.
ps had one that I saved the tsop , edited it with a tsop editor ( actually just fixed the crc error by clicking fix crc ) resaved it as a personal dump and reflashed. had to vid mod to do the full reflash even though this was a dual tsop.
unit is fine now for oner 1 month. Oh yeah restreamed without the card to get to last revision. and resaved the latest tsop just for safety and time.

ALL 301-013's will need vid mod to erase/reflash the complete tsop(s).
The idea of a dual chip not needing the vid mod applies to blue card use only, a dual chip -013 already is blue card compatible, in that 7FFFFFAC is 0000.
All -013's use chips with a locked sector, and require vidmod to completely erase and reflash.
