cold heat

anyone heard and /or used this new soldering iron cold heat?
would it be any good for testing purposes?

Tip on the so called iron is to darn large.

The 'cold heat' iron is bunk. I've never used one, but I don't have to to know for sure it's not gong to work for normal soldering iron tasks.
