even and odds problem

Please Help, I have purchased a 510 receivers and I found out it has problems getting the signal from satellite, receiver does not detect the quad installed but when I change transponders it gets all the evens but not the odds, the output volts reading are 15.4 odds and 13.4 even, any idea where should I look inside the receiver to fix the problem, or where to find a schematic. any help will be appreciated. Thank you

Usually getting all even or all odd channels is a switch or lnb problem. Unhook your switch and connect one of your lnbs straight to the reciever and see if you get both even and odd. If you do the ird and lnb are ok.

I already tested the line with a 301 and everything is fine, also tested 510 in a diferent line as I have 4 working fine, and receiver fail, I know is something wrong with the tuner but I do not know what part could have failed.
