No Sat Signal On 301:13

Hi all,
I am having trouble getting any kind of sat signal on a 301:13 connected to good feed. Did VID Mod and changed address 7FFFFAC to 0000 with no problems and put in the stream. Ird does not detect switch. During switch testing I do get the required alternating 14 to 18 volts at the sat feed. Figuring I must had corrupted the TSOP, I decided to download a dump,edited boxkeys ect and wrote to TSOP with virgin eeprom made from edited bin file in Flashedit. Still no signal. Been reading all day but havent found where anyone has had this same problem/solution.When I power on IRD the green light comes on for a few seconds then goes out. I can access the menu if I leave the cam in. Can anyone point me in the right direction or suggestions?

Also, does anyone know of another solder point to ground the TSOP. R79 is gone from poor solder skills.

I had to find different location, after i installed the pin for the grounding out for jtag, I didn't notice my wire wrapped around my jtag (simple solded in place with port at back) and I pulled a litte to hard and off came R79 pad, so omed out and came up with different location that works great, (1) the bottom pad of R65 next to the R that used to be R79 (2) the bottom of R78 next to the silver box (3) the little spot in between the jtag pads 1&2, and R81 pad 1,I just jumped from the little spot and bottom pad of R78 too the bottom of pad R65 (plus added my ground wire from R65. worked great. hope this helps :)
