510 Receiver question

I have a 510 Dish receiver and want it for BEV. I solder the wires to the board. simple. I hook it to the 5 resistors and the DB25 connector. I try to read the Box Keys in Jkeys 2.9.9 and it comes up.

Any idea how I can get it to read properly?

get "301 & 508 Jkeys" I think it is in the download section.
When you start it will still show 501, that's ok. you should switch it to 508 manually. This should give you the correct info.

Now I have all the info and they are Dishnet receivers. What do I need to do to make them Bell receivers?? What flash? and how do I backup up the original TSOP.

sa 60 in flash 2 should do the trick. What size of hard drive do you have in the unit? Is it a 120 GB? You may have to limit the hd for bell to 80 GB. Do some reading and find out.

Bell does not require the 80 gig HD limit.......

I used Sa61 in Flash 2 worked like a charm.
