Yvous Timezone change?

I am struggling with a timezone change, below is a clip of my .ini

I have no problems getting channels or PPV's, I just can't get the damn timezone correct.

I am in mountain timezone (Denver) but I am getting central timezone ( my guide is 1 hour ahead)

I have tried entering in different zipcodes without any luck.

I have not edited the .bin files.

Could anyone suggest a solution?
