rom 2 question

do i need a blocker for a rom 2 and if so what is working...
i have read in a few posts that i don't need one - anybody know if that is still true?

just got a Rom2 @ 054 today with a 2700 i plan on adding for another room- i've never used a rom 2 before...
the OTP on it is clean...

no blocker needed there is a working rom 2 bin with ppv in the download section

as long as the rom 2 isn't marked, if it is then you have to use a blocker.
