hello mr. moderator, i agree with u no probs here, but take a look at this situation from our standpoint, its not that the fee is to much its just the point that when the mc first came out it was sold with the FREE updates and support, to then start charging is kind of a shocker that is all we r trying to say. another issue is the time frame to witch was given dont u think that maybe we could have timed it till after the begining of the year. now everything is hurry hurry hurry and use that credit card, yes u say we can send international money orders but it is going to take a couple of weeks. i dont see y ample time was given whats the big hurry? it isnt like those clones are going to do anything worse than what has already happened i just think that the timming sucks.....but thats just my 2 cents.and PS i have emailed mili this morn concerning the time frame (90 day) deal do i qualify for the free license being that i bought my mc the end of jul of this yr? hope to hear from someone soon! thanx in advance! lonewolf1

With one exception. The MC team dictated every step of this entire deal. Mili was contacted 3 weeks or so ago and was told about MC2 - the preliminary plans for MC1 - all the information we've been posting about the scam operation on behalf of the "Montreal Rat" - in other words, we are all at the mercy of the MC team. Yes, I know there are hacks floating around - how well they hold up remains to be seen.
Mili is the "collection agent", if you will - for MC1 paid support. Of course, the MC team is paying Mili something for his services as such. How much is anyone's guess - and absolutely no one's business. It costs us 25 bucks. Who gets what makes no difference. Every aspect of the MC1 paid support and MC2 sales/support was set in place by the MC team. Every one of them. My plan - and whatever Mili offered - were looked at, analyzed, for the most part tossed out and now we're looking at the final MC draft of the whole plan.

But since the MC team, and specifically, the Magician - isn't accessible, most of you have just decided to attack Mili in every vicious manner possible. Hillbilly spearheaded it all. In fairness to him, today he has agreed to stop personal attacks against Mili, and Mili has agreed to do the same.

I don't like what happened any more than any of you, and I've spoken out about it everywhere. But I'm mature enough to refrain from calling Hillbilly, MC or Mili a "fucking crook"...and if that's all you can do, you can just get your ass out of here. I don't give a damn if you've been here since Jesus was a cowboy - :mad:

If you don't agree that 4 bucks a month for a device that saves you hundreds of dollars during the same time frame is a good deal, then that's your choice, and your right. If you don't like the way the whole deal was handled by MC (and I don't) - then holler where they'll hear you - and better yet, direct your wrath towards the sonofabitch who started all of this in the first place - the guy behind magiccard.tv, "Louis", aka the Montreal Rat.

I will be writing an editorial this evening, which I will post on the forums later tonight. I will outline every detail that's been made available to me, along with as much insight into the entire situation as I know how to offer. This fiasco has the potential to rip our once close-knit community to pieces, and I'm not willing to let that happen.

hey chief i agree u guys and mili have been getting flamed over this crap...and i speak only for myself some of u may call me a butt kisser for saying this but here goes: i am sadend to read the crap that i have been in the past few days,it seems to me that if we dont get it togeather rapidly the same thing that happened at ecousticsforums will happen hear. when i first came to this site everyone was very helpful in helping me with all my questions concerning dish testing, i didnt know the difference between and ird,mc, jkeys etc. til i came here so i owe mili chief and the rest that come here a whole lot. i myself do appreciate everything u guys taught me here, and i believe that the same peeps responsible for the cloning fiasco are responsible for the crap thats happening to us now. what we need to do is unite togeather and help mili and chief and all moderators here to keep this site going in the same manner as we have in the past. i really do appreciate u guys and this deal with 25.00 really isnt that bad. and so what if mili makes a buck or two hell he and his team are the ones responsible to get us all the latest updates. so lets help the guys out. stand with me guys and gals and lets make this site the best of the best once again!!!!!what do ya say? just my 2 cents...............lonewolf1

I just walked in the door after spending the last 7 hours dealing with both my wife's AND my car breaking down the same day and stranding us....and tending to some business affairs of my own, so if I get time, I'll say what I have to say later tonight.

It appears that Hillbilly and Mili, even though strongly disagreeing with each other, have at least agreed to lay their guns down. I can only say to that - too bad it didn't occur sooner. If one person can stand and testify that they are better off as a result of ripping someone to pieces, I'm a 3-legged astronaut....
