Repairing TSOP location ID

My IRD just got ECM'd and theres an F after the software version. I did an ECM repair and I virginized the eeprom but still no luck. I was wondering how to fix the location ID because its not at 000000001? Thanks for any help.

Well your tsop never got hit so it looks like they have corrupted your Eeprom.
