hello i ready have the program YvousEmuDish3.0 and is runing in my computer and i ready flash the 2313-232 . my question is how i can program my emu because i read about this and now i comfuse i want to know how is working , i need to hook the j2 to the reciver and start Yvous in my computer or only program the emu whit the programer for emu and put the emu in the reciver and work like card , please let me the step for wach tv whit emu

Well what kind of emu are you going to use ? A 1 chip emu with just the 2313 or a two chip emu with either a max232 and caps or a 1489 / atmel type. They use different type flashes. Do you want an internal or extermal one that slides in card slot. Need more info to help

Try this program.....real easy to use..

Run the wizard and then apply the ppv update....

Yes the cable and computer need to be connected and running to watch tv. The computer is acting as the card. Internals are nicer because on many irds you can use the phone jack as the out to computer port there are a few pictures for download on how to do this on the net. For my emu computers I strip everything out of the computer and leave only the ram and floppy, use an air compressor to clean dust out of the power supply and place extra heatsink grease on the processor. I have not lost one yet even though they have been running nonstop for months.
