what is the correct positioning of the dip swiches for reading and writing to a card... I have a 3.68 xtal programmer for dish and all the errors i've been getting either trying to clean or writing to the card make me wonder if this is the problem..
it seems to have 2 dip switches ......
p.s The programmer is also "dusty" ... could this be a problem .... what's the best way to clean it...
Any ideas ......
