When starting xcel geting Runtime error 380
Invalid property value
What do i do to get past this?

Is this XCEl 3.0 or 3.6??

that means u are missing a dll file in your windows directory like MScom32.dll or something do a search on yahoo for library files i think its called or check the download section to see if any1 uploaded the needed files
