Well I haven't had a problem reading or writing to my card since changing to a Desktop machine. I've been trying to use my laptop and I'm not sure why but only 1 in 5 trys would work at best. It was getting so frustrating but I haven't had a problem yet with the desktop. Now I'm to the point of setting up tiers and needing a blocker. There seems to be quite a few different tier programs and newbie guides out there but I'm not sure whose got the most recent stuff and what the most recent software and blockers to use. Also if anybody has any suggestions on comm port settings for laptops I'd be very interested

right on. don't use laptop, so no use to u there. i will say that i find minirtm2.5 my personal fave. it is in the download section. not sure on a blocker though.
