Modded KT unlocker help

I modded my KT to match this schematic. It says to have switch 2 and 5 on, but there is only 4 switches. Any ideas?

Couple things to check-dips of course,config to unloop and if you have a variable ps use 9v. Try to use com1 if it is availiable-works better-make sure loader script is configured for that com port. Use the atmel erase before reflashing,then try the flash. If you want another atmel got to google and do a search,there cheap-10-15 last I bought.

I can get the flash to work but all i get is fffffff or 6969696969, depending on which switch is on.
