I currentlly have two single Direct tv dishes one pointed at 110 and the other pointed at 119. They go into a sw-21 switch. However I am going to replace it with a DP-34 switch (the one's to hook up 4 IRDs). My question is: Do I have to replace my two single dishes with a Dish 500 in order for the DP-34 switch to work on multiple recievers? Thankz, later.

What type IRD's do you have? If you have a Legacy IRD combined with a DP LNB, you'd need an adapter for it to work.

I'm using 301.010 recievers and my two dishes are one: Direct tv and the other a dish single. Right now my reciever detects the two dishes as a Dish500. Will the DP switch be fine with this setup? Thankz, later.
