What is this "sn2004rom10a23.exe" file?

i found this file in my drive "sn2004rom10a23.exe". what is it anyway? it looks to me it's a program/script for unlocking rom10 rev. a23. is it? i launched it, it's a program with a window says "sorry nagra 2004" and then asks for activation code. can anyone share some light with this thingy? i hope it's not a virus script that will loop my cards.???

it is sorrynagra2004, it will not open a A23 or 383 card but will pop any revision below those. You need a hu loader to flash with the mmm flash that comes with it. You then open up the server key gen, goto The ip address in the readme and it will tell you your activation code, you then c&p that into the activation screen at the beginning of the sorrynagra and let the program run.
