OK mili, you don't do anything extrodinary. But your service IS out of the ordinary for vendors of this type of service. Mili, you do a very good job. And although we pay you to provide said service, I doubt that we would receive better service from another vendor even if we paid them double what you ask for....this is not an invitation to raise your prices. I am just saying you are doing a great job. You had my new key for winexplorer to me Monday morning less than two hours after you posted you were back from being out of town. This impressed me very much. I assume you had quite a few issues to deal with when you got back. (wish you were on vacation instead of what sounds like a business trip. Have you considered some time away from this for pleasure? As much as we will miss you when your gone, everyone needs a break to stay sane) I didn't need the new key that fast, but I was glad to get it that fast anyway. If your service has a fault, it is that it is suspiciously dependable. I am not kissing your ass, that's just the way it is. Anybody who can't see your service for what it is just needs to try some other vendor. Most likely, any doubter will find themselves right back here. Hands down, mili offers the best service of this kind I have ever come into contact with. Thank you.
