I Forgot The Number On The 301010 For The Jtag Are They 3,5,7,9,13 ?

If you're JTAGging the bottom, with the rear of the receiver FACING you, you'll use 3,4,5,6 and 7, bottom row of pads, counting from RIGHT to LEFT. Again, RIGHT to LEFT. Pad 7 is for the red wire (trst) lead.

i tired 3,4,5,6,7 its not working I have a connector with 2,3,4,5,and 13 is the red ~so were do i go from here ~if you can give me somedetail so i can understand tht would be cool thanks i have some smarts but not to much~

With the BACK of the receiver facing you. The row of squares with the little traces running up from them is the row to use.

With the receiver upside down, the back towards you, it's the bottom row, the row closest to the back of the receiver.
From RIGHT to LEFT, 2,3,4,5,6,7, directly above 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 are grounds, look at them you can see whick ones are on the ground plane and which ones are isolated with small traces running to the small round spots below..
