scammer in Winnipeg

This is about a scammer whose name is Miroslaw Leszczynski Aka Mike.
His physical address is : 506-60 Whellams Lane WPG, Redwood. Winnipeg, Canada.
His shipping address is : Box 3871, Redwood PO, Winnipeg, MB R2W5H9, Canada.
His email address is: scosales2004ei@mailsnare.net. He was advertising receivers and dish cards and I took the opportunity to place an order with his company which is Weststar Satellites and was recently changed to Centralmbservices . After he received the money orders, he promise to ship out the package which would have include 2/receivers and 4/cards. One of the m/o was a US m/o which he was supposed to return and he never did. I have tried to contact him on many occasions but I never get any reply. I have now decided to post his name and address and any other info on him publicly. I have also contacted the Postal Inspectors Services and they are investigating this matter. So buyers beware. Do NOT do business with this guy. I hope some who lives near to him would pay him a visit and ask him about Ord # 5877.

I'm right next door to him. I can see the xmas lights from the apartment beside it from my window. If I could figure out which apartment is his outside, I'd throw a couple of rocks at it. Maybe he'd like to meet my trained protection dog at the same time? :)
