721 experts needed

Hello I am looking to buy some more 721's on Ebay. But most of the sellers on there now have no idea what a LO54 software version means. Is there any other way to know if they are older versions. Some of them say they are brand new and never been in the stream. Is there a time period that I can ask them like when they got it? Any ideas? Thanks :) :)

You can ask them if it has a blue card and if it has ever been hooked up or sub that will give you some idea what the software is at
