well i've read all afternoon and can't find the right answer...
so here goes...
have a dish 2800 receiver....
read and backed up the tsop and the eeprom..
erased SA5 3 times....
unhooked my 510 and put this receiver in the stream...
did a check switch (as i have both sat's running on the 510)
programmed a rom10 card with a private code and blocker...
left it in stream and when the guide came up i'm missing channels and
all the channels i have are red.. says i need a subscription to these channels..
so i thought it was the rom10 card, as it was recently in the dish stream, so i did a full clean, loaded a virgin bin on the card, then loaded the private code on the card, and put it back in the receiver, did a check switch and waited, and the same darn thing... missing some channels and the ones that are there are still red...
