Just picked up on this, this morning. C & P from ATSDSS' administrator. Looks like bad news for lots of folks. :(

Rumors of this have been going around since it happened back in June. But the case is under seal and the Pacer docs are not available to the public. The doc's ARE available to the parties concerned and to their lawyers. This info comes from one of the lawyers representing one of the named parties.

Most of the people named in this suit have continued on in business. They have done so because the case was sealed and no one knew which sites had been named so the dealers continued to sell product and place more endusers in danger.

Over 80 websites.
Over 20 people
3 credit card processor/payment systems

The fallout from this has the potential to hurt more endusers than the Whiteviper bust.

Do not purchase from any site using cwmarketinginc.com as their payment processor. This is the same group that ran compu-world.net which is named in this lawsuit.

If you purchased anything from any site and paid by vitrual card, probilling or compu-world you will probably get a letter from Dave in the next year or so.

One thing I noticed... How in the hell can the suit name international companies such as
9128-3267 Quebec Inc - /d/b/a Ma Virtuelle Carte Inc., My Virtual Card Inc.

If these are in fact canadian companies, us laws would not apply. The worst they could do is send the RCMP to charge them with a Canadian Offence. Dave has nothing on them!

I can't beleive it, but I've only heard of two of those sites. I remember the last time I saw a list like this I'd visited about half of them before. We are incredibly fortunate to have Mili and his forum.

We had a "ChupaMe69" here a while back, K - Mili got tired of his sass and escorted him out of here a couple of months ago. Pretty sure it's not the same dude.

One thing that needs to be pointed out about those docs. The ones that are being reposted all over. They are the same ones posted right after this thing broke. The difference is the ones I have seen don't have any names blacked out.

The Hells Angels of Ontario are not like their counterpart biker devils in Quebec who thrive on bombings, murders and a lucrative drug trade, a defence lawyer asserted yesterday in a Barrie courtroom. Rather, the Hells Angels bikers in this province participate in toy drives and parades and are going broke because they do not benefit from the proceeds of crime, said Margaret Bojanowska in her closing arguments in a trial that has essentially put the entire motorcycle club on trial as a criminal organization.

"The Crown has failed to put any witness on the stand from Ontario to discuss the nature of the activity of the Hells Angels in this province -- that leaves a glaring gap in the evidence before your honour," she said.

Bojanowska is one of five defence lawyers acting for Hells members Ray Bonner and Steven Lindsay who are on trial for trying to extort $75,000 from a Barrie businessman who sold them illegal satellite equipment. The two men are also charged with committing a crime for a criminal organization -- but before the Crown can go for a conviction, it must first prove that the Hells Angels is a criminal organization.

The defence contends that the Crown has only called expert witnesses from outside of the province.

"But there is an overwhelming difference between the Hells Angels in Quebec and Ontario," said Bojanowska, insisting each province operates independently with its own president, vice-president and separate weekly meetings.

She compared the Quebec club which has 37 of its 80 members in jail to the 178 members in Ontario with only three in jail.

Quebec members depend on government officials to feed them inside information while Ontario members don't, she said.

Crown attorney Graeme Cameron may begin his closing arguments today.
