no boxkeys or IRD# in jkeys but dects device id

I have a IRD that on the tage on the back, Under model its says TUDP301RU and under reg. it says ID:005 . When I open Jkeys it detects the device Id and the device as a 301-3100. But under boxkeys, and IRD# Iget all 0's. I could use any help that you can give me.

now that I actualy looked at it the thing is not even comeing on. thanks for pointing out my stupidity. HAHA!

Well if you are detecting somthing then there probably is power, if you do not have a back up of the tsop then look in the tsop bank for one that matches it, The same builg config as the one on the sticker of the main board, rewrite tsops and also a virgin eeprom.
do a search for 3100 resurection guide. that should help you
