You can request most of the information you need from ebay. Just say you need the dudes info to send him the order or to contact him about sending payment and ebay will give you the contact info he provided ebay with. Of course, this is no guarantee the info is accurate, but it's a place to start. You can do this automatically without contacting tech support. Just look around ebay for the links.

Another way you can find him is go back to where he has his listing and look at the feedbacks that he has and check to see who he brought from and send a email to one or all of those he brought merchandise from because they will have his mailing address , where they sent his merchandise to. They have his full name and address. Good Luck and Have a Great Day. I had to do this in the past and I had explained my situation to one of the sellers who sold merchandise to the guy they gave me all of the info that I needed. Prior to my operation I was an over the road truck driver . I was able to get the dudes phone number and called him to let him know I was on my way. Before I could get a load thru his state my money was refunded back into my account.
