DP 500 Install

Hi, I am looking for the actual settings for a DP500 in Toronto. I have set up many systems with 2 dishes and a sw21, but this is my first DP500. Do I aim at 110 and skew to 119, or aim at 119 and skew to 110?

If anyone actually knows the elevation, and skew and AZ. that would be awsome.

Aim at 119 first, dosen't really matter since you only have 1 feed you will get both or neither.

you know of course DP 500 only works with certain IRD's, many need legacy dishes ?

brand new 301.013, it says right on it DP301

All the 301's can use the DP 500 or the legacy Dish 500 dishes.

I have several and use both 500's as well as some of Daves old singles with them

If you know your skew , i'd set that up first (inside the house if you want .)
Set your elevation ,hook up the 119 only first , turn your dish till strong signal , hook up the 110 and check that sig. Might need to fine tune .
