yes it will just have to make or find a bev file for it

I tried using a 18mhz atmega card and it was ok. I am using the same bev file. I am getting a 019 error

maybe the 16 mhz is too slow but that shouldn't be, you might get some picture freezing but not the 019 error if it is too slow. hmm, been awhile since I played with atmegas

It is a new card so I am thinking that I got a bad card or something.

Very possible, I read somewhere where 1 out of 10 atmegas are bad from the factory.
