Fortec EPG problems

Hi there

I just purchased a FORTEC STAR Lifetime Ultra FTA receiver three days ago. It was preprgamed for me with BEV 91 & 81 And Dish 110 & 119. Currentlly I'm only using
BEV 91 because i have only 1 dish and no rotor yet.

My proplem is my Electronic Program Guide is working completely. It sometimes (about 1 out of 7) shows you what program you are watching on that channel only but will never tell me what is on the channel above or below. This makes it frustrating for a channel surfer like myself to watch four progams a once without having to memorize what coming on that night from my computer.

I am very new to all of this so please if you can, keep your answers simple and step by step.

not for bev or dn ,maybe the other sats, if you are getting the epg to work with bev and dn ,please let us know how, we would appreciate it very much !
