lost bell on lifetime ultra

i lost bell on my life time ultra. but still have 119,110 working fine
when i went to check the key the bell name is gone an all are ff
all there spots i tried to put the key code back but it freezes
any ideas on this thanks again for your help guys :cry:

sounds like you deleted it, try reflashing receiver , and rescan all your sats, this should fix it.
