Need help to use modded T911

OK folks, I need help. Have a modded T 911, have searched, read, and just can't make it out what to do. I need to start from scratch to get the proper flash for a rom 3, how to flash,what to run etc. Beginners for a dummy in other words, thanx.

1}When you download newd6 there are two files, program.exe and eeprom.exe,these are hex files; which do you use to flash and how ? I am flashed with ul4s right now.
2} Really I have no cards to test with other than 2 bev rom 3's that were software looped and unable to be unlooped by a mod or dealer. Since I can't harm them any more I wanted to try Gladiator. I can flash the DN file to the loader but where do you go from there ?

Ok cimba lets get back to basics what operating sytem do you run on your computer? Windows 2000, XP, XP Pro, whatchagot? If you have window xp. you must run a flash program called xpatmel, is this what you have?

Win 98. When I downloaded the new d6 etc. there are 2 files for each, one called newd6 program and one called new d6 eeprom. Which is for flashing ? On the digital multimeter where do I plug the black lead and where the red ? There are three holes, COM, VmA, 10A. With the black in com and the red in VmA and set at 20 K I get -11.16 across the soldered poles of the pot.

I have windows xp and use the xpatmel, I have to use both the eep and program for that, I am not familiar with upf or any other flash program but I would say the largr of the two files. the program but I am not really sure.

you need to turn the screw on the pod until you get 2.2K negative doesn't matter cimba, if you switch the leads around on the multitester the negative will go away, Oh shit cimba, make sure you don't have any power going to the loader when you test resistance otherwise it may affect your readings,

dips 2 and 5 on for glitching, 1 and 5 on for flashing.

just try the unlocking script cimba, it is stated to be for softlooped cams. did you find a flash 6?

I think so, used newd6 to flash. Am running script now called rom 3 unlocker-glitcher2. It is running, says trying to hit bug at "location" then moves on to the next etc. Is this right ?

ran for maybe 10 mins then error message, glitched past something, script error at something.

should be getting some 00000000's since you are using a looped card. do you have the very first unlocker for rom 3 that came out, I know that one will give you 0000 with a looped card, I will upload it so you can try that one and tell me what you are getting then we can determine that you are getting correct communication with the card.

Mine would run for some time and then error out so if yours does that you can assume that that is normal.

I am not totoally familiar with the nexus loader, but the switches are programming and glitching, does the loader have a toggle switch? if it does then try flipping the switch before flashing, for some reason I think dip switches one and six must be down to lfash the nexus put the first and last dip switch down with all the rest up and try to flash the atmel. do a search for nexus mod you may find a more definate answer as I seem to recall reading something about it here.

they may have removed the lights or it may not have had any I am not sure, they probally removed them, so that is not a major thing, you are suppose to remove the glitching light, I left my power light in my loader so I know that there is power to it, but I took the glitching light out.

I popped one I think ! Was no Atr before, now gives ATR and BD password, read it, cleaned it, no problem in Nagra 4.1
Now says rom3 rev383 though, Whats next

i returned your pm cimba, keep us updated. If you can't get it to back to 372 after cleaning it perhaps you could write a clean rev 372 bin to it, if you are reading and cleaning if and it still says rev 383, that is strange but it obviously is open otherwise you wouldn't be reading it.

run a few packets of bug buster into it cimba try cleaning the contacts with a eraser, you know the drill, if it is still looped throw it back into the modded loader, maybe it looped again.

But why, I didn't do anything to it other than read it again ? Will try again. Had to be open though, getting the ATR and BD password & reading the image eh ?

it was definately open Cimba, try running bug busters in nagraedit through it. at the top of nagraedit it has the file card tools window help options, click on card, goto the last selection in the drop down box of bug busters, select rom 3 set it for 1000 packets or whatever is close to that and let it run it, won't take long. then try reading it again. if that fails put it back in the loader.

Wellll duuuuh ! It's ok now, I had 2 cards and I was so excited that I put the still looped one in to read. Unlooped card now says rom3 rev 372 !!!!!!

hey shit like that happens to me all of the time cimba, no worries, You got me so fired up I am going to try to unloop mine again! so now you have one open unlooped good to program rom 3, congrats cimba, looks like that loader just paid for itself!

Yup, it was software looped, even sent it to a dealer who couldn't unloop it. Used the proggie you posted I think; was so excited when I woke up that I shut it down right away. Gonna try the other one now. I did change a bunch of settings in WinEx according to info from one of the proggies, will try to find it for you.
I had to let it run all night too. :) :) :) :)

no problem cimba, that is just the modified loader setting you posted, you will have to have those to unlock cards. But thanks anyway!

there has been mention of limited success unlooping cards, Cimba just proved it can be done, however he stated very clearly his was software looped, streamlooped is a while different ball game, I have a rom 3 that I believe is streamlooped but cannot say that for sure. I am running the unlocker on it right now in hopes that I can have the luck that cimba just had. lol.

The topgun has not worked on the 2nd card, ran it maximum # of times allowed until memory has run out error. I think I did that then ran unlockrom3.xvb and when I woke up it was popped, trying that now. Trouble is I was working on it as I slept off & on during the night, will keep a written log from now on.

Yeah it really worked, card was software looped though(dummie operator,me). Looping was confirmed by a mod here and his dealer could not unloop it so I guess hope springs eternal. Still working on another though.

I don't think it should show tiers cimba, that is strange, maybe that is normal, I can't say I ever looked to see if there was any remnants of a tier after I did a once step clean, Mine is still running, I imagine it won't pop but I will let it go till tomorrow. If you loop it just pop it again, no biggie, at least you know you can do it. try writing something to it. and then cleaning it again, hell I don't know. can't check a card cuz my port is tied up with my loader.

I dl the script to unloop my rom 10 rev a21 for the t911. I flashed it with newd8 and followed the steps but ....... it doesn't say "F" onthe screen it says "we wil now try 123E delay" then Reset over and over and over. Do I just let it run? Or did I do it wrong hence the reset instead of "F"?

Alright boys I popped my first rom10 with my modded loader. Took about 2 mins after I used the file I posted a link to earlier. At first I was dinking around trying to flash the loader and stuff but just wasn't working. Tried that file and it does it all for you.
