Can not Clean Room 10

I am unable to clean my room10 card due to the backdoor retrival has been blocked. Below is erro message:

Is that any software can fix this? It prompts a windows that I need to enter 16 bytes of passwords??? Please help....many thanks!

what did you program to that card?
open up what ever you programed to the card and have a look for the password

Yes, I am able to unlock card with my password (600), but in the end it complaints that "Backdoor retrieval has been blocked" and prompts for a window with serial of zero like "00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00". I think we need to fill in some value here, but how??? I don't know....maybe someone will help....

Good luck with that one ... I have one that i messed up like that trying to clean it and have not been able to retrieve the backdoor key to it .... Try backdoor key retriever in the files section..
