Rom 3 programing question

I have programed a rom 10 before and had to remember and use the password to unlock the card to reprogram it. I have read on programing a rom3 and in the instructions it says that you do need a password to remove the blocker . I was going to use one of the fixes in the files section but when I go to patch the blocker included in the fix I get this below.

What does this mean? I havnt programed my card yet because I dont want to lock myself out.

Just scrool down to line E178 and change the pass like you would on a rom 10 at C600 for example.
