can I use Magic Card with DP301 reciever

HI Guys,
I have dp 301 rciever with yellocard (rom 103.) I bought magic card and programmed it but when i insert i got error for wrong card.
Does magic card works with DP301 reciever. Do i need special programming or else.

Pleae help.

Yes, You can use MC with 301's.
If you saw error 349 it needs the vid mod first to work.
Hit System info on your remote, If it's at DAH* frimware or below no mod, DAL* above needs mod.

What means DAH* and DAL*.

There is a sticker on the logic board with 4 letters, which tells the config build of the IRD. If you ever lose the flashes and eeprom,check the bank and try to find the closest to yours and maybe can restream to get the correct update. had to fix one myself and it 's still working. search for Vidmod instructions if needed. hope this helps.
