dish 301 jtag box key problem

Have you streamed the ird first,have you hooked up the jtag correctly?

You need at least Jkeys 2.9.9 to read it and you also have to select the correct type of TSOP setup for that version of that model 301-013.
One or two TSOP version to get the correct read on the boxkeys. 2.9.9 does not autodetect that model.

I believe in the pulldown it lists them as:

301-013x2
or
301-013x1

If you ever have to do a write to the whole TSOP for this model it gets real complicated. It will require cutting a trace and adding a mod to get around locked sectors in the TSOP. Not a good receiver to learn on.
