Hi All,
There's been another level of Deception going on here.
For many testers out there, the MC folks are working on your ignorance and using it against you.
They know many of you won't spend the extra time finding alternatives to the MC.
Quite frankly as I've talked to many testers out there, they don't know much about other options.
If you want to be able to watch TV, go for an alternative like the ATMEGA. For $35 you can buy an ATMEGA and put all this garbage behind you. If you can program a MC you can program an ATMEGA. Actually it's easier, less buggy, and fixes are out faster and they don't expire.
I did and I now am watching TV.
NO MORE MC.
NO MORE HEADACHES.
No more worries the Magician will decide to charge us again for support.
Even though we all knew it would happen one day (why do you think the software always had an expiration date since it's inception?).
I was an ATMEGA user before going to MC, what a mistake. I'm now back with an ATMEGA.
Trust me.... You won't find an ATMEGA user out there putting this card down. Plastic is an option too, but for those who don't care and just want to watch TV, go with an ATMEGA, if you can program an MC card you can program an ATMEGA. It's that simple.
PS. People haven't talked about alternatives because of all the bad air going on. If you don't want to support the MC folks who are charging you $25 for support they promissed forever, get an ATMEGA, that way you tell them where to stick it!
And you'll be watching TV and you won't have to worry about politics, just what's coming on next (on TV).
