I would say a 404 error means down as for being permanent or temporary is beyond my knowlege.

I just logged in over there, no problem.
I don't know why certain people can't log on.

Some people get one month banned from the site if you talk, mention or made some insinuation about Bev .
Talk about Bev is forbidden in this site they get in panic state when they see some body ask for the location of 91 satellite or the Bev keys. I don’t know why. May be is location.
Sometimes I go there because they have a lot of info about DSS,but one some one send me a PM and my computer start to acting a little weird I had to do a restoration in mi pc.

The site is free no need to paid a VIP membership to enter download files or us the forums only need to register if you want to be a VIP member to enter a busy times you need to paid a fee for a year subscription. If you can’t enter to the site is for a reason. Do a restore in your PC and trying again.
