what method do I use to convert the ird number

convert to what? To hex? Or to change the ird # to another? To change your ird number to hex, open the windows calculator, check the scientific block.... type in the number in decimal and then select hex.... it will convert it for you... then add zero's to the front to get the correct amount of digits...
