Mewbie Need Help

I have a rom 3 card and a 4700 reciever. what all do i need to do to program it?

well said chapster but i havn't posted in a while so :you'll need an iso card programmer ,a j-tag ,a card,reciever,dish & a good set of eyes to do all the reading you'r going to have to do but if you have any questions come back here,you'll find a lot of people that are willing to help you as long as you are trying to help yourself.....no spoonfeeding.................damn, i feel better now
